Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a single service, 48 hours for two or more services a one-week notice for spa parties. Any cancellations with less than the required notice or a no show are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. When canceling within the above time frame please contact our office to ensure you get your deposit refunded in a timely manner!
